Cheltenham Festival Guide

In case you have been on the moon and aren’t yet aware, the Cheltenham Festival starts this Tuesday.
I was looking for some real quality insights and I’ve managed to find a great betting guide to the Festival, available as a 24 page download.
It highlights the key factors that ALL festival bettors need to know, along with picks for all the big races. (There are no obvious short priced ones)
It’s written by Nick Pullen of Horse Racing Focus who has agreed to let all of you have a copy at no cost whatsoever.
Nick spent a decade generating millions for the ‘enemy’ - working as an odds-compiler and handicapper for some of the UK’s biggest bookmakers.
He is quite obviously someone worth having on your side!
Sign up to Horse Racing Focus below and you’ll also get his regular tips and advice.
So it’s a win-win situation.

Back the Gunners

The tide has turned against Aston Villa who after defeat at Manchester City are now winless in 6 matches across all competitions.
Arsenal, on the other hand, at last found their goal scoring form with a 3-1 win at West Brom.
Despite their recent habit of drawing matches and not finding the net they are now unbeaten in 16, in all competitions.
The next few fixtures for Arsenal will hold no fears, the main worry will be playing Blackburn after playing this Sunday in the FA Cup and then having to travel to Rome midweek. After that home match they face a winnable trip to Newcastle, a very beatable Man City side at home, before traveling to Wigan for another winnable match.
Villa's next four matches can be called: tough, virtually un-winnable, un-winnable, and hard.
That is: Spurs at home, Liverpool away, Man Utd away and Everton at home.
A run which they may need to get around 6-9 pts from to hold on to an advantage over Arsenal.
So the 3pts advantage Villa currently hold over Arsenal could soon evaporate.
Backing Arsenal at 5/6 to finish in the top four therefore looks tremendous value.
Granted Arsenal do have some tricky fixtures remaining, not least a visit to Anfield and Chelsea at home, but they go to Old Trafford with only 2 matches remaining and that fixture could well be against the Man Utd kids as Utd will likely have the title sewn up by then.
Plus, I almost forgot, Arsenal have returning talents such as Theo Walcott and Eduardo to boost their chances.

This weeks bet: Arsenal to finish in the top 4. 5% stake @ 5/6 with Skybet.

Last Weeks Method hits the Jackpot

Last week I told you how you could use the free tips listed in the Odds Compilers’ Naps Table within the Racing Post to make football betting profits.
Anyone who checked this out last weekend will have seen that the 13 tips provided a massive 15.8pts profit.
A total that would be a respectable effort for a whole season!

Last weeks newsletter tip was also a winner as the Aston Villa “B” team got outclassed by CSKA Moscow.

Next Week...

I'll take a look at performance of my own each way tips and the bonus bets. And how you can look forward to making more money from your betting.

Kind Regards
