This agreement sets out the terms and conditions regarding the use
of the Bettingebooks website, the material provided on the website,
and any products, ebooks, or reports downloaded from the website.
By using the website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions
set out below. If you object to any of the terms stated then you
should not use the website nor any of the products or services featured.
You
accept that the owner of the website has made every effort to ensure
the accuracy and quality of the information provided but assume
the entire risk as to the results and performance of any material
provided via the website.
Advertising
containing incomes earned by others are best estimates. Because
of the amount of effort and determination varies dramatically between
individuals, there is no assurance that you will do as well. If
you rely upon any of these figures or implied earnings, you agree
to accept the entire risk that you may not do as well.

testimonials quoted are taken from genuine, unsolicited emails or
letters and copies of which are retained at head office.
The
website is entirely an internet based enterprise that offers communication
via email only. No visitors to the owner’s private property
will be seen. Emails will be responded to within a reasonable amount
of time provided they are genuine enquiries or support requests.
Emails of an offensive, rude or aggressive manner will not be entitled
to a response.
“Easy
Money from Losing Horses” as the product name does not imply
any guaranteed financial gain.
All box and/or report cover images shown on the website are for
illustrational purposes only.
Refund
Policy.
A refund may be requested up to 30 days after the purchase date.
This should be emailed to refunds@bettingebooks.com or any email
address provided on your receipt. The complete sale value will be
refunded via the same payment method used. A 3% handling fee will
be applicable if Paypal has managed the transaction. Refunds are
actioned quickly and will normally occur within 48 hours of the
request. However buyers should allow up to 5 working days as a maximum.
Buyers should also note that they will no longer have any rights
to view or use the information supplied and access to the product
and bonuses will be revoked via the Virtual Vault anti-piracy software
upon requesting a refund.
Privacy

The website will only ever request the name and email of users.
These details will be kept private and never passed on to any third
party. Payment processing companies that we may use such as Clickbank
or Paypal will require additional personal details. This information
is not entered on the website but on the payment processing site.
Users should contact the payment processor if any doubt exists.
All credit/debit card transactions are carried out via secure encryption.
